I had a patio set for over 12 years. How can I get replacement fabric or parts?
Your set probably comes from René Corriveau & fils who was the manufacturer. This company ceased its operations in April 2014.
Our company is Corriveau Outdoor furniture, in business since 2012 and we are only distributors of garden furniture to several retailers in North America. Therefore, we do not have raw materials on hand such as fabric, replacement parts and we cannot do any repairs. We advise you to refer to a specialist in your area for your repair needs (seamstress, manufacturer / distributor, etc...)

What is the warranty on your products?
The warranty varies between one and five years depending on the product. You will find this information on the warranty card attached to the product, or at the retailer. For more details, please refer to the warranty section of our website: Warranty | Corriveau
Do you offer the service of an installer?
We do not offer installation services, however some of our retailers do. Please refer to them to make a request.
Do I have to remove snow from my gazebo?
Even though our gazebos can withstand up to 2000 lbs of snow, they still need to be cleared of snow. The changing temperatures in Quebec bring snow, ice, rain, sleet and so on that can accumulate very quickly and exceed the maximum load of 2000 lbs. Please note that the warranty does not cover breakage or collapse due to snow accumulation.
We recommend the addition of a winter cover and a winter post during the winter season to facilitate snow removal. You will be able to find these items at our retailers.

Currently, our agreements with our various suppliers allow us to manufacture in large quantities only, which gives us certain advantages in terms of quality control.
