The warranty term varies from one to five years, depending on the product. You can find this information on the warranty card enclosed with the product or from your retailer. For more details, please consult our dedicated warranty page : Warranty page.

We unfortunately do not provide repair services.

We do not offer an installation service. However, some of our retailers do offer this service. Please refer to them to make a request.

Although our gazebos are designed to withstand a load of 2,000 lb of snow, it is crucial that they be cleared of snow regularly. Variations in temperature can lead to a rapid accumulation of snow, ice, rain or sleet, exceeding the maximum 2,000 lb capacity. Please note that the warranty does not cover damage or collapse resulting from precipitation accumulation. In winter, we recommend that you add a protective tarpaulin and a support pole to make snow removal easier. These items are available from our retailers.

To request a part for a product purchased online through one of our retailers, please complete the form on our website in the Claims section : Claim page.

If you require a part for a product purchased in a shop via a retailer, you must contact the retailer. Please bring your purchase invoice and the part number required.

Unfortunately, we do not offer custom manufacturing services on a per-unit basis.

Currently, our agreements with our various suppliers only allow for large-scale manufacturing. This business model enables us to ensure rigorous quality control and maintain high standards for all of our collections.

Galvalume^TM is the perfect blend. This metal alloy is composed of steel, aluminium, zinc and silica. It offers the strength of steel, the rust-proofing properties of aluminium and other additives to ensure that the material as a whole has the desired properties. This innovative process protects against the effects of corrosion and provides the desired strength. Thanks to its resistance to corrosion and heat, Galvalume gives the product incomparable longevity. What’s more, it doesn’t crack when exposed to sunlight or bad weather, and it’s easy to maintain.

Our suppliers come from various countries, including China, India and Vietnam. The quality and conformity of the products manufactured are of the utmost importance to us, as is the rigorous selection of our suppliers.
