Below you will find all the information concerning the warranty that comes with our products.
What does the warranty cover?
Products imported and distributed by Corriveau Outdoor Furniture are guaranteed against material defects under normal use, and this warranty is valid for the original purchaser only. The warranty varies between 1 and 5 years depending on the product purchased. For more details, refer to the warranty card.
It is possible to order replacement parts even after the warranty has expired, as long as Corriveau Outdoor Furniture has these parts in stock.
Warranty exclusions
The warranty does not cover furniture used for commercial purposes, failures caused by improper care or storage, unreasonable or abusive use, or damage due to vandalism, use of harmful products or other substances, freezing, extreme weather conditions and natural disasters, rust (any steel product), mold, oxidation, stains or discoloration related to normal use, or glass breakage, and does not cover the cost of shipping and packaging returned merchandise. Any sale of demonstration products is not covered by the warranty.
Customer service
For any claim, the original purchaser must provide proof of purchase. Photos or digital images may be required. Written authorization is required to obtain a return authorization number; no merchandise returns will be accepted without prior validation. The defective product number must be included on the request.
